David Bartenwerfer is an accomplished business leader with deep expertise in leveraging analytics and technology to drive profitable growth and innovation. His 30+ year career spans leadership roles at startups, Fortune 500 companies, top consulting firms and government agencies.

Currently, David is Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of REALbasis Inc., a pioneer in applying quantitative methods to real estate investing. REALbasis helps investors achieve above-market returns by identifying high-potential markets and cash flow-generating assets through cutting-edge analytics.

David also serves as founder and principal of Quantum Consulting and Technology, a San Francisco-based firm he has led for nearly 20 years. In this role, he provides strategic advisory services and develops sophisticated analytical solutions for clients across industries.

Previously, David held significant positions at The Boston Consulting Group, Charles Schwab, Verizon, Genesys Technologies, Yahoo!, eBay, Webvan Group, the US Department of Defense and Capricorn Investment Group. Throughout his career, he has been recognized for his skill in leading cross-functional teams and developing innovative methodologies, algorithms and simulation models.

David holds an MBA from Stanford University and a BS in Systems Engineering with high distinction from the University of Virginia, where he also minored in applied mathematics and economics. This rigorous academic training laid the groundwork for his professional success.
